Allosaurus was a large carnivore, it grew up to 40 feet in length. Allosaurus had a skull that measured 3 feet long. It had two blunt horns above its eyes and a strong S-shaped neck to support its big head. Allosaurus vertebrae were different from other dinosaurs, hence its name "different lizard".
